Yes! I so resonated with this. I too am grateful for the freedom that comes from working for myself. And you make a great point, in many roles I had, I felt as though I was working in a system that didn't value my strengths. While all good foundations for who I am today, I'm thankful I can take care of myself now! Also, I'm bummed, I didn't realize I didn't put your event on my calendar!
