I am a graphic designer, artist, and creative entrepreneur. I write about the lessons I've learned while making (many) adventurous mistakes.

Same Human Being?

The title of this newsletter is inspired by the Dalai Lama’s belief that in essence, we are all the same human being, and no one’s joy or pain is separate from our own.

Fun facts:

• I worked 19 different jobs before starting a "real" career

• I create food & beverage packaging. My graphic design work can be found on chocolate boxes, beer labels, and most famously, Taco Bell's hot sauce packets.

• In 2014, I founded Dynamite Starfish. I always wanted to create a radical space for rock climbing misfits, so I did!

• I am a practitioner of a combat martial art called Budo Taijutsu

• I'm working on my biggest design project yet: designing a sustainable life for myself
